It's been a 13 week rollercoaster for 20 year old Sophie Reade, culminating in a glorious victory for the Cheshire model.

She's loved, she's lost, and she's gained .. weight .. all before our eyes.

She was known as Dogface for a while, and splatted in the face with paint. And contrary to what some may believe of a glamour model, she took everything in good grace.
