Once upon a time there was a fair maiden, called Rachel who wanted to train with weights.

Court jester Mohamed thought it would be funny if he threw one of the weights into the pool.

Alas! What was poor Rachel to do? She wanted to train, but did not want to get her finery all wet.

But help was soon at hand.

"I'll be your superhero", piped up Bonny Prince Mikey,

"I'll help my Rachel"

The wicked King and Queen sat by watching.

"What you looking at?", screeched the Queen.

"What you looking at maiden Rachel's derriere for? She's just a scullery maid. Totally beneath us"

"I wasn't", defended the King.

"I was looking at the bonny Prince"

The Queen then cackled "Do you like big bums then?"

Booo!!

Bonny Prince Mikey went and tackled the job in hand.

He divested himself of his clothing, dived into the pool with, er, sheer elegance, and retrieved the weight.

Court jester Mohamed was so overcome by the sheer elegance of the bonny Prince's retrieval, he lost his footing.

Hurrah!

"Thank you, Mikey", squealed the excited maid.

And maiden Rachel was able to do her weight training and lived happily ever after.

And the wicked Queen?

She was evicted from the Kingdom with a world record breaking 94.04% and a chorus of boos, and was never seen or heard from again.
