Mario Marconi the Manager has been managing to annoy several of the housemates. His leadership skills and experience may be valid, however the way he talks to housemates is not. In Week 1 the facilitator scheduled a meeting in the luxury bedroom, all housemates attended and listened and indeed I believe it was Luke that stated how nice it was for everyone to sit down and discuss topics without arguing and shouting. This meeting was a success. Since then things have been going downhill for him... fast. The route of it is that Mario - the Risk Assessment Manager, is a control freak and wants to "muscle" his way in, for people to do things his way, as if his way is the only way, the right way. He had a huge problem when Darnell was chosen as band leader for the new task in which everyone had to learn to play an instrument and he tried to take over the running of the show....practically ordering Mikey to play the Triangle. Darnell was not giving in and a few heated words were exchanged before the task got under way and an awful noise ensued. Mikey was given preferential treatment in this task and I am surprised that none of the housemates questioned the People Manager as to why he felt Mikey should have first choice, including Mikey himself.
